Our BBQ sauce is a family recipe that originated in Southeast Texas. Our BBQ sauce delivers a tangy yet mild sweet flavor that is perfect for enhancing the flavor of any smoked meat.

What gives our Texas taste a California twist is the Tri-Tip. Texas is known for Beef Brisket but in California Tri-Tip is a known and desired cut of Beef.

Wayne, the pit master, smokes the Tri-Tip to perfection ensuring its tender and succulent texture while locking in the smoke flavor.
